Pit Bull Terrier - Leo - Medium - Young - Male - Dog
Leo is a young, perhaps 1 year old, boxer-pit mix who was picked up by a New York City rescue. He was given, unneutered, to a young woman (my niece) to be delivered to a home. When that did not work out she brought him home. Leo is a very sweet and loving boy who shares his affection with any man, woman or child he meets. He listens well, is calm considering his young age and walks well with a harness. He sits on command and has a very gentle muzzle when accepting treats. He has not shown any aggression in a variety of environments and he has spent time at an office and has been very well behaved. He is house trained. He seems to get along with other dogs , however he will need to be socialized at it is not clear that his previous home provided canine exposure. In summary Leo is a darling puppy in a big boy body who would like nothing more than to be a lap dog.
